We work alongside Deaf and Deafblind students across primary, secondary, tertiary and vocational education settings to ensure the students communication needs are met. Our role is to translate information from Spoken English to BSL and vice versa at the student’s/tutor's direction; supporting independence and equality on their educational journey. We aid to create an inclusive environment where Deaf and Deafblind students can participate fully in lessons, discussions, group work and extracurricular activities confidently.
